Return & Refund Policy

At Busy Bri's Design, each item is made to order with care. Because many of our products are personalized or custom-created, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Personalized & Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Non-Personalized Items

If you receive a non-personalized item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue.

If the damage or defect is determined to be our error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Balloon Orders

Because balloons are perishable, time-sensitive products, all balloon sales are final. Once a balloon arrangement has been picked up or delivered, Busy Bri's Design is not responsible for damage caused by weather, transportation, improper handling, or environmental conditions.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Busy Bri's Design is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
